Pukhraj Sancheti is a highly accomplished Chartered Accountant with an exceptional track record leading the finance and land acquisition departments. With his razor-sharp business acumen, Pukhraj is responsible for identifying potential development areas and organising finance for the developments, ensuring the success of each project. His expertise in finance and strategic planning has been instrumental in the success of many projects, and he is a valuable asset to the organisation. Apart from guiding the Sancheti Group to more success, Pukhraj Sancheti is a high-ranking Lions Club Pune District member. He has been the District Cabinet Secretary the 2nd highest post in Lions District, during which he ran successful campaigns like Eye Donation, Eye Hospitals, Dialysis Centers, and Jaipur Foot camps. Pukhraj Sancheti is committed to serving the community and is an inspiration to many in the industry.

Kishor Sancheti

Director

Kishor Sancheti is a civil engineer with expertise in project management, execution, delivery, and purchase divisions. He is known for his dynamic leadership style, driving greater efficiencies and accountability in operations under his guidance. On the occasion of Income Tax Day on 24th July 2022, Kishor Sancheti was felicitated by the Income Tax Department for being the highest taxpayer in the personal category for the last three consecutive years. This award, which is given to only 74 people all over India simultaneously, is a testament to Kishor’s strong commitment to ethical business practices and clean conduct. Besides his business accomplishments, Kishor Sancheti is also involved in various philanthropic endeavours. He served as a trustee for Kshetrapal Pratisthan at Lonikand for almost 10 years. In addition, Kishor was one of the founding members of the Guru Anand Foundation near Chichondi, Ahmednagar District, currently developed as a pilgrim place under the guidance of P.P. Pravin Rushiji. Kishor also serves as the secretary of Gautamalaya, wherein he recently oversaw the construction of a project comprising 30 flats for low-income groups in the Jain community.

With degrees in Civil Engineering, MBA, and LLB, he is uniquely equipped to combine his technical and entrepreneurial expertise to drive growth and success in every project he undertakes. Akshay’s contributions to the construction industry have gained him numerous recognition, including that of “the Emerging Icons of Pune” by the Times of India Group. His mission is to deliver customer delight and commit to making every customer’s dream of owning a home come true. This passion and perfectionism extend to every facet of his life, as evidenced by completing the physically demanding Iron Man Competition in Kazakhstan on his first attempt.
